By using our website or booking any travel services offered by TRAVFARE NETWORK LLP you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, email, phone, or in person.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A minimum advance payment (as mentioned at the time of booking) must be made to confirm your reservation.
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices quoted are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.
  • Cancellation charges may vary based on the time of cancellation and the type of package booked:
    • 30+ days before departure: 10% of total cost
    • 15-29 days: 30% of total cost
    • 7-14 days: 50% of total cost
    • Less than 7 days: No refund
  • No refund will be provided for unused services or “no-show” situations.

4. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes to travel dates, names, or itinerary are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, roadblocks, strikes).

6. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for the journey.
  • We recommend travel insurance for medical emergencies, loss of baggage, or trip cancellations.
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and instructions from the tour guide/operator is mandatory.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act as an intermediary between you and the hotels, transporters, and other service providers.
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of India.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for providing travel-related services.
  • We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

9. User Conduct

  • Users must not misuse the website by introducing viruses, bots, or any harmful technology.
  • All content and material on this site are protected under copyright laws.
